Cara Murphy is a Melbourne house music DJ who specialises in disco house and classic house, as well as more underground styles such as organic and progressive house.
Drawing the crowd in and having fun with them is what keeps her passionate, with residencies at some of the city's best clubs, such as OneSixOne, Pawn & Co, Storyville and more, as well as a monthly spot on AATM Radio UK radio.
Cara has also played as tour support for local legends such as Mell Hall and Anthony Pappa, and has a spot supporting with Discobox on the Defected Records tour in late 2022. In November 2023 Cara was recognised by her peers and the wider community by being awarded the Best DJ at the 2023 Music Victoria Awards.
Cara also has experience in performing at corporate events, private parties and silent discos, bringing her musical passion and skill to stages and crowds of all sizes.
